Lydia Guild is open to all women of St. John’s Lutheran Church; monthly meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of the month with a special mission focus each month:
September focus: “Celebrate the Lord of the Nations”; review of LWML 2023 National Convention from Jan Sleight & Cheryl Zastrow
Note: Sept. meeting begins at 6pm with a potluck dinner
October focus: “Restoring Hope, Eliminating Barriers & Empowering Choices for Life”; presentation on LifeClinic by Lori Drake, Director
Nov/Dec focus: “Christmas Blessings to Our Shut-ins”; decorating Christmas cookies & making cards for shut-ins;

January focus: “A Rising Need, A Spiritual Opportunity LSEM (Lutheran Special Education Ministries”; presentation by Brad Massey & Larry Timm
February focus: “Hope of Christ for Cancer Patients” ZOOM meeting with staff from Phil’s Friends Charity
March focus: “Open Door Women & Children’s Shelter”
April focus: “Restoring Lives Through Health Care”; presentation by staff of Gateway Health
May focus: distribution of funds & installation of officers
